Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GadgiTech / Income Utopia (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit incomeutopia.com, buy digital products or services, shop apparel fulfilled by our partners, or contact us.
1. Information we collect
- Contact & order details you provide (name, email, shipping address when needed, order notes).
- Payment information processed by Stripe (and marketplace processors such as Etsy when you buy there). We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage / server data such as IP address, pages requested, device/browser type, and timestamps collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and similar infrastructure logs needed to operate and secure the site.
- Messages you send to us by email.
- Cookie preference stored in your browser (localStorage) when you accept or reject optional cookies.
2. How we use information
- To process orders, deliver digital downloads, and fulfill physical products.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To improve the site, prevent fraud/abuse, and meet legal or tax obligations.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, delivery updates). Marketing emails only if you opt in or as allowed by law; you can unsubscribe.
3. Third-party services
We use processors who only get what they need to do their job:
- Stripe — payments, billing, and subscription management (Payment Links / Customer Portal).
- Printify / print partners — apparel and print-on-demand fulfillment when you order merchandise.
- Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.
- Supabase — business/data layer for some storefront and catalog systems (when used).
- Email providers — transactional messages.
- Etsy — when you purchase through our Etsy shop (GadgiTechKits), Etsy processes that checkout under its policies.
Partner storefronts such as gadgitech.printify.me are hosted by Printify and may load Printify’s own analytics or session tools. Those are governed by Printify’s privacy materials, not solely by this site.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their processing.
4. Cookies and similar tech
- Essential: we store your cookie preference (
gt_cookie_consent_v1in localStorage) so the banner can remember Accept/Reject. Stripe may set cookies when you open checkout on Stripe-hosted pages. - Optional analytics/marketing: incomeutopia.com does not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing tags by default. If we add optional analytics later, they will load only after you click Accept optional.
- Managing choices: use Cookie settings in the footer, or clear site data in your browser.
Blocking essential storage may reset your consent banner; blocking Stripe cookies can affect checkout on Stripe’s domain.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (listed above), if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction under continued protection.
6. Data retention
We keep order and account-related records as long as needed for support, accounting, legal, and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed. Cookie preferences remain in your browser until you clear them.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (HTTPS, least-privilege access to tools, no card numbers on our servers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Email services@incomeutopia.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
10. International visitors
If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
