Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of incomeutopia.com and related products and services offered by GadgiTech / Income Utopia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
We sell digital products (guides, kits, downloads), done-for-you services, memberships, and apparel/print-on-demand goods through incomeutopia.com and partner storefronts (including Printify).
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your location. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Accounts and communication
You agree to provide accurate contact information when ordering. We may email you about your order, delivery, support, and important service notices. Marketing emails are optional where required by law.
4. Orders and payments
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before you purchase.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment method you use.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, erroneous, or abusive.
5. Digital products and downloads
- Digital purchases are typically delivered by download link, email, or membership access after payment clears.
- Unless we say otherwise, digital products are licensed for your personal or internal business use — not for resale, public redistribution, or claiming authorship of our materials.
- Because digital goods can be copied immediately, all sales of digital downloads are final once access or the file has been delivered, except where required by law or if the file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
6. Done-for-you services
Service products (for example AI speech, resume, consult, tribute) are delivered based on the information you provide. Turnaround estimates are goals, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before you use them. We are not a law firm, licensed advisor, or medical provider; outputs are informational/creative assistance only.
7. Apparel and physical goods
Physical products may be printed and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Shipping times and carriers vary. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s rules once the item ships. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can help with a reprint or refund through the fulfiller when available.
8. Memberships and subscriptions
If you buy a subscription (for example GadgiTech Insider), it renews until you cancel according to the billing provider’s flow (usually Stripe Customer Portal or the cancel link in receipts). Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or we agree otherwise.
9. Refunds
- Digital downloads: final after delivery, except defective files we cannot fix, or as required by law.
- Services: if we have not started work, contact us for a possible refund; once substantial work is delivered, refunds are discretionary.
- Physical goods: handled case-by-case with fulfillment partners for defects/shipping errors.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, no illegal content or orders, and no reselling our digital materials without written permission.
11. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, guides, kits, and designs are owned by us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you a limited license to use what you purchased — not ownership of our trademarks or source materials unless stated in writing.
12. Third-party links and partners
We link to or use third parties (Stripe, Printify, hosting, libraries). Their sites and services have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
13. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Guides and tools are general information — you are responsible for how you apply them in your work and life.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of how we operate the service.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting subscriptions, we will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
